Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing the Poultry Plus website or platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Poultry Plus provides software for poultry farm management, including flock, feed, production, health, sales, and reporting tools. Features may change as we improve the product. Demo access and paid subscriptions are subject to the plan and agreement applicable to your account.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when requesting a demo or creating an account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform integrity or security, reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law, or use the service in violation of applicable regulations.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of farm and business data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
6. Fees and trials
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and contract in effect for your account. Trials are provided for evaluation and may be limited in duration or features. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension of access.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the software will meet every operational requirement. Operational decisions remain your responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poultry Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
